A little about me.

Through a nearly two-decade career of designing, developing, and managing, I've contributed to almost every aspect of a product team. The last 13 years have seen me leading the charge in remote work, where I've sharpened my processes for supporting remote team growth and fostering a positive culture.

As a designer, I thrive on solving complex user and business problems through thoughtful design, systems thinking, research and data-driven decision making. I've contributed to and led teams for organizations large and small – including Elpha Secure, HomeX, Telltale Games, STIHL, History and many others.

On the snowy banks of Lake Erie Pennsylvania in a quaint rural town, my passion for the web sparked at 12 years old when I decided to build my first website on Geocities. Little did I know this would set off a chain of events that would end up defining my life.
