“Kyle understands not only the designer side of things, but also the developers which is very helpful for day-to-day communication. He is always open to working together with anyone to find solutions for issues. He also constantly asks for feedback to make sure he is in sync with the development team and pushes to improve design-dev communication in general and ways of working. Also, his work in architecting our design system was really important to improving the team production velocity and providing us consistent design guidelines.
